1. Digital Goods
Our guides and ebooks are delivered as instant digital downloads. Once you receive your download link, the product has been delivered.
2. Refund Window
If you have not downloaded the file, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Email Dr.Shroff@nextgendigitalhealth.com with your order details.
3. After Download
Once a file has been downloaded, sales are final. This is standard practice for digital products.
4. Technical Issues
If your download link does not work, the file is corrupted, or you cannot open the PDF, contact us. We will resend the file or issue a refund.
5. Wrong Product
If the product you received is materially different from its description on the site, contact us within 14 days and we will resolve it.
6. How to Request
Send an email to Dr.Shroff@nextgendigitalhealth.com with your order number and a short note about the issue. We respond within 24 hours.
